Closing Day

Closing is the final step in the home buying process. During the appointment, you'll review and sign the necessary documents, finalize your loan, and complete any remaining financial requirements, including your down payment and closing costs.

The closing agent will coordinate the transfer of funds, prepare the final settlement documents, and ensure all paperwork is properly executed. Once the transaction has been completed and the deed is officially recorded, ownership of the property transfers to you.
